Disciples’ Bible Study Series: 1 and 2 Samuel, January 20 to May 5
Open to all age groups, this class is part of the ongoing Scripture Press series working through the Bible in eight years. This winter/spring, the focus of study will be 1 and 2 Samuel. The class will be led by Pastor H. Strauss. Study booklets (cost of $5) will be available. The greatest spiritual dividends will come to those who can be at all or most of the classes. However, the class is open to those who can only step in on occasion. Location: Church Lounge
Sermon Prequel, January 20 to May 26th
This class will be led by Pastor Bruce and others involved in the preaching ministry. This is an opportunity to engage in the context of the sermon series. It will be a time of discussion on the upcoming message that morning as well as a time to pray. Location: Living Room
Monday Morning Atheist, March 17 to April 28
This class will address the tendency to engage in work (the Monday morning job) as if God didn’t exist. The inclination is to switch God off. This elective, which will be led by Jerry Gedir and others, will challenge the mindset of switching God off. The class will invite a more proactive view of seeing God in our work places.
