Motion that Rob Neufeld, Christine Magneson and Fred Matiko be approved to serve with Brian Heagy as a Capital Campaign Team.
4. Mission / Vision Statements – Reg Toews
Over the past year we have been revisiting and reviewing our purpose as a church. The purpose is found in our Mission and Vision statements. The work we have done has led us to the following statements.
Mission: The mission of the church is contained in the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Matthew 22:37-39. It is the mission of the global church.
Vision: We are a covenant community experiencing the life changing power of Jesus Christ and sharing his good news from the river to the ends of the earth.
Motion that the Mission and Vision Statements be approved as presented.

5. Finance Report – Anna Robinson
Motion that the 2023 Financial Statements and Independent Auditor’s Report as prepared by Virtus Group Chartered Professional Accountants & Business Advisors LLP be approved.
Motion that Forest Grove Community Church retain Virtus Group Chartered Professional Accountants & Business Advisors LLP as auditors for the year ending June 30, 2024.
