Discussed the raw data from the Staff/Council retreat and re-categorized some of the data/goals.

Ministry Support:
Motion approved: That the roof repair costs of the Goerzen Street building (approx. $16,000) be charged to account 1111050- Major Maintenance Reserve instead of the Capital Campaign Fund.
Motion approved: That any balance remaining in the Major Maintenance Reserve Account, after deducting the Goerzen Street Roof Repair costs, be transferred to the Capital Campaign Fund.
Advent giving project:
Motion approved: To approve fundraising of $30,000 through the Advent/Christmas season (Dec 1, 2024-Jan 6,2025): $15,000 for The Bridge (Woodshop) and $15,000 to bring Wounaan here in February.
