Staffing:
– Staff is working on defining ‘gospel focus’.
ASL:
– Interpretation will continue this week and LT will discuss a path forward.

– Matt has scheduled meetings to meet with the leaders

Council Committees:
Financial Audit Committee
– Audit – expecting 1st draft early in October. Council will meet with the auditors (by zoom) to review the statements once they are available.
Capital Campaign Update:
– Cash and commitments – approx.$200,000 to go to meet the goal.
The Gathering – Update / Independence:
– Several meetings and conversations are happening with council and The Gathering Lead Team to discern and pray
– Brian Wiens is on long term disability
