This past year, FGCC formally approved to support the ‘D’ family as Global Workers, as they begin to serve in Central Asia with our Global Partnership, Revive T. As a Missions Mobilization Team, we have been walking alongside the ‘D’ family as they have responded to God’s calling for them to serve, and we are excited that they will be arriving in Central Asia this September to officially begin their ministry! We are so excited for what God is doing in their lives, and we are also excited for what opportunities this presents for us a church as we support them. As a Missions Mobilization Team, we aim to send people out as they feel led to serve God and spread the gospel, which includes sending members of our congregation to visit our Global Workers. One such opportunity may be available this November, as we are looking for 4-6 people who would be interested in encouraging the ‘D’ family in Central Asia as they get settled in. You would get a chance to connect with an ambitious young family eager to serve God, as well as an opportunity to see a region with a very small Christian population and the challenges it presents.
